To Report Damages 

To report property damages associated with Winter Storm Mara 2023, go to Texas Division of Emergency Management.   There you will find a short video introducing you to the TDEM iSTAT.

By filling out the survey and including photos, you'll help inform officials of the extent of damage and help determine Texas' eligibility for disaster assistance.

 

 Tree-Limb Clean Up Help Outside of City Limits

Bastrop County residents living outside the city limits and who need assistance with tree-limb removal due to Winter Weather Mara that began January 29, 2023, contact that Bastrop County Long Term Recovery Team (BCLTRT). BCLTRT, who is coordinating with volunteer groups to assist with clean up, may be reached at the Hotline Number 512-303-4300. If calling after hours, please leave a message.
