Vendor Registration
Bastrop County is upgrading its vendor management and bid request automated system and would greatly appreciate your help with this process. Please feel free to contact the Purchasing Department should you have any questions. Thank you again for your help with this process. Please complete 2 steps below.
Step 1: Can be done through utilization of the county's website and/or contacting the Bastrop County Purchasing Department directly. You may download the Vendor Forms by clicking on the link. Please complete all 4 forms. You may send this information via email or mail, addresses listed at the left side of the page.
Step 2: Please click on the link below and follow the instructions to register as a vendor. This will allow Bastrop County to have a cloud based database for all vendors and would allow us to search more accurately for vendors that meet bid request criteria. https://www.publicpurchase.com/
