Wedding Request

The Judge would be honored to officiate your wedding ceremony. All weddings are by appointment only, please call our office at 512-581-7112 or email at jp2@co.bastrop.tx.us for scheduling and payment information. 

The courtroom is available during business hours Monday through Friday for a fee of $150.

The Judge may also be available to officiate the wedding ceremony after business hours, at your choice of venue, or on weekends. Fees start at $300 with a $100 non-refundable fee to reserve the date. 

Please have this information ready when inquiring about availability of dates/times:

Photo identification of the 2 parties getting married.

Contact person name & telephone number.

Requested date/time of wedding.

Special ceremony requests

Marriage license issued date/time and County issued by.

Number of witnesses to attend (only if using the courtroom).
